Behind this growth is Londonist DMC – Student Accommodation Agency, established in 2013, now serving students from over 170 countries.
Founded by entrepreneur Asim Erturk, the vision was always bigger than just housing.
“We managed our own properties for years, saw the gaps, and started building solutions,” says Mustafa Ozyildiz, Director of Londonist Hospitality.
From hotel housekeeping to Airbnb cleaning, laundry services to student kits, the company earned sector trust in record time.

This vision was crowned in 2025 when Londonist DMC received the King’s Award for Enterprise.
